KDOT Passenger Train Video as seen at the KDOT meeting in Arkansas City, Kansas. In this video, KDOT is assuming that Kansas will likely pay for the entire corridor. The Northern Flyer Alliance corridor communities does not agree with this assumption, primarily because the FRA has implicitly stated that with very few excetions, only regional efforts will be considered for grant requests.
